Ingredients

Meatloaf

  • 1 pkt Lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 can tomato sauce (I like a little more)

Sauce

  • 12 oz tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Combine and mix all ingredients for meatloaf in one bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce.
  • Shape meat mixture into a 12×5-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Then, remove the shaped meatloaf and place in a 9×13 baking pan.
  • Pour the sauce over meatloaf and let sauce surround meatloaf in pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  • Baste while cooking.
