- 1 box of yellow cake mix - 1 box of chocolate pudding - 1/2 cup sugar - 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese - 4 eggs - 2/3 cup oil - 3/4 cup water - 8 oz chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)

1. Beat all ingredients together, adding in the chocolate chips last. 2. Pour into a greased Bundt pan. 3. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
